To improve security in the building, there are some changes to the access procedures, which will come into effect on 16 March
Unless you have previously agreed with Trinity Factors that you cannot use the biometric sensor, you must register your household’s fingerprints with the Concierge before Monday 16th March. This includes long stay visitors. You must also register a telephone (mobile or landline) which will be linked to the door release mechanism.
There is a numeric code for the door, but this will only be provided in special circumstances, and will be changed on a regular basis. Contact the Concierge to complete an application for a temporary code.
The full policy is available from The Old Sheriff Court website. If you have any questions, please contact our Factor’s Property manager, Leigh Collins, or speak to the Concierge (working hours 8am – 4pm Monday – Friday)
