From Monday 20th July, the Concierge will be available Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm. Existing social distancing requirements remain in place:
- If you need to speak to the Concierge, please contact him on 07387 101039 in the first instance. If face to face contact is required, please ensure this takes place outdoors.
- Please do not enter the Concierge’s office.
- Parcels will be accepted by the Concierge, and delivered to your flat. If you are not available, make sure he knows where to leave them – they cannot be retained in the office.
- Dispose of all rubbish properly. If it does not fit in the chute, it is YOUR responsibility to remove it from the building. No rubbish or recycling of any type is to be left in ANY common area, including the fire exit stairwells.
