On Sunday 10th November around lunchtime, an individual was able to gain access to the building by following directly in behind another resident (tailgating). This individual removed items from several mailboxes, and tried unsuccessfully to enter the Concierge’s office. He was escorted from the building by one of the residents. The issue has been reported to the police, as it was recorded on CCTV, but we would ask everyone:
- If you were expecting mail, especially credit cards or bank statements, check your mailbox urgently and, if these are missing, contact your card provider
- Please don’t allow anyone you don’t recognise into the building.
- Please make sure that no one follows you into the building
- Please make sure that the door lock engages when you enter and leave the building
- Everyone who lives here should be using the fingerprint sensor, unless you are unable to do so, in which case contact Trinity Factors.
- The building code has been changed, so if you have been using the code, it will no longer work.
