Merchant City park is an exciting initiative being led by Merchant City and Trongate Community Council, to develop the NCP car park on Ingram St as a park for the benefit of the whole community.
So what next? They hope to use the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 and a Company Limited by Guarantee to acquire control of the site and the need the support of the community to help with this ambition
