Road Closures
Roads around the merchant city will be closed or have loading/parking restrictions on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th July 2019, for the annual Boyne Procession. Roads affected include George Square, Ingram St, Montrose St, Cochrane St.
TRNSMT Festival
Glasgow Green Greendyke St, GlasgowThe TRNSMT festival will take place on Glasgow Green from 12th - 14th July, so expect the Merchant City to be busier than normal. There will be road closures around Glasgow Green and Saltmarket from 9pm on 12th July to the early hours of the 15th.

The Great Scottish Run is returning to Glasgow City Centre on 28th and 29th September. Streets around the building will be closed, and the area will be much busier than normal..in previous years, Hutcheson St has been used as the drop off point for runners' rucksacks.
